These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the patient contact management application available through lapgutclinic.com.
By accessing or using this application, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
Purpose of the Application
This application is intended solely for authorized LapGut Clinic staff to retrieve patient details and save patient mobile numbers into the clinic’s authorized Google Contacts account.
The application is provided strictly for internal clinic communication and patient management purposes.
Authorized Use
Only authorized users approved by LapGut Clinic may access and use this application.
Users must use the application only for legitimate clinic-related purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and internal clinic policies.
Google Account Access
This application is configured to use only the clinic’s authorized Google account credentials for saving patient contacts.
Users of the application cannot connect, authorize, or use their own personal Google accounts.
By using this application, you acknowledge and agree that patient contact information entered into the system will be saved only into the clinic’s authorized Google Contacts account for internal clinic communication and patient management purposes.
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials
- Ensuring that the patient information entered into the system is accurate
- Using the application only for authorized clinic purposes
Users must not:
- Attempt to access the application without authorization
- Misuse, copy, or modify the application in an unauthorized manner
- Use the application for personal, promotional, or non-clinic purposes
- Attempt to save unauthorized or incorrect patient information
Duplicate Contacts
The application may check whether a patient mobile number already exists before creating a new contact. If the mobile number already exists, the system may prevent creation of a duplicate contact.
Availability
LapGut Clinic does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the application or Google services. Certain features may become temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, internet problems, or changes in third-party services.
Limitation of Liability
LapGut Clinic shall not be liable for:
- Incorrect patient information entered by the user
- Failure to save a contact due to revoked credentials, Google service errors, or technical problems
- Loss of data caused by external services or unauthorized access beyond the clinic’s reasonable control
The application is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Changes to These Terms
LapGut Clinic may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
